Dr. Smrithi Valsan is a licensed Ayurvedic physician with over 12 years of experience in the field of Ayurveda. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and an MD in Alternate Medicine from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

She is registered under the AYUSH system of medicine in India and is currently practicing in Bangalore. She also offers personalized wellness consultations and shares educational content on Youtube focused on diet, lifestyle, and traditional Ayurvedic principles.

You’ll have a 1:1 video or audio call with Dr. Smrithi, where she’ll listen to your concerns, ask a few simple questions, and suggest a personalized Ayurvedic plan that you can follow at home

For audio consultations, the fee is INR 600. For video consultations, it’s INR 1200.You can choose the type of consultation that works best for you while booking — and payment is collected securely at the time of booking itself

We recommend joining the call at your scheduled time. Dr. Smrithi will wait up to 10–15 minutes after the scheduled start. After that, the session may be marked as missed and will be non-refundable.

No, this page does not sell or ship any Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, or herbal products as of now. As part of your consultation, Dr. Smrithi will offer only general wellness suggestions rooted in classical Ayurvedic practice.

Just select the type of consultation you would like (Audio or Video) and choose a time and date that works for you. After filling in a few quick details and completing the payment, your session will be confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation SMS/email with the meeting link.

Yes! We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

In the rare case that Dr. Smrithi needs to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be notified immediately and offered either a new time slot or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

You can pay securely using UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. Payments are processed through our booking platform - DaySchedule, and you’ll receive a receipt by email.

During the consultation, Dr. Smrithi will try to understand your lifestyle, health concerns, goals and guide you towards an Ayurvedic approach that is the right fit for you.
